Behind the Story

Threadbare is the ongoing work of displaying energy in novel ways. Connected to the environment and each other, we are all living in complex and interrelated storylines that we don't often make sense of. 

This project is, for me, starting to answer the question of how I am seen within my work. What dynamic and fluid power captures both the subject and the photographer? Where do you see yourself in these photos? 

My hope is that threadbare gives you a moment to see that when we wash away exteriors, there is more to our stories than what meets the eye.
